Shipping policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within three (3) business days of the order being placed. Business days exclude weekends and statutory holidays.

Singles Orders

All singles orders are final sale. They cannot be refunded.

Shipping Rate

Shipping fees are either a flat rate of $15 CAD or calculated at checkout based on your order, delivery address and/or your discretion. Orders with a subtotal of $250 CAD or more (before tax and after discounts) qualify for free standard shipping within Canada.

Shipping Rate for TCG Singles

For orders containing single cards only, we offer an economical letter mail option at a flat rate of $2.99 CAD for up to 10 cards. Any additional single added to your purchase will increase the rate to $4.00 CAD. Please note that letter mail does not include tracking or insurance. As such, Shmeans Corner is not liable for any items lost, damaged, or delayed when shipped via this method. Customers selecting letter mail do so at their own risk.

Shipping Rate for Booster Packs

For orders containing booster packs only, we offer an oversized letter mail option at a rate of $4.00 CAD for up to 2 booster packs or $7.00 CAD for up to 4 booster packs. Please note that letter mail does not include tracking or insurance. As such, Shmeans Corner is not liable for any items lost, damaged, or delayed when shipped via this method. Customers selecting letter mail do so at their own risk.

Shipping Location

We currently only ship throughout Canada.

Carrier

We use Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, FedEx, Chit Chats at our discretion.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Shmeans Corner is not responsible for packages lost or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. The customer assumes all responsibility for any resulting losses.

Delivered but Missing Orders
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Shmeans Corner is not responsible for stolen, misplaced, or otherwise lost packages. Customers are encouraged to ensure a secure delivery location and to track their shipments accordingly.

Sealed Product Condition Policy
Minor cosmetic imperfections on sealed products — such as small scuffs, dents, minor tears, or shrink wrap separation — may occur during manufacturing or transit. These minor issues do not qualify for refunds, exchanges, or compensation.

Order Adjustments & Cancellations

Shmeans Corner reserves the right to limit or modify product quantities in customer orders at our discretion or cancel a customer order at our discretion. These decisions are made on a case-by-case basis, and customers will be notified of any changes prior to fulfillment. This applies particularly to high-demand items, and may also include situations where an order appears to be intended for resale purposes.
